Deleting Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your a quiet counter account and personal data at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete your account in the app

• Open a quiet counter and go to Profile → Account settings.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.
• Your account is signed out and your data is removed from our active systems.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your Firebase profile, your recipe library, your nutrition history, and your weekly plan data from our active databases.

What is retained

De-identified, aggregated data derived from prior usage may be retained indefinitely because it cannot be traced back to you. Crash logs and analytics events expire on our processors' standard schedules (typically 90 days for Sentry; up to 14 months for Google Analytics).
