Pro subscribers are not charged again. The notice does not mention a way to export your recipes.

How do I move my Mealime recipes?
- Before 21 October, open each saved recipe on mealime.com and copy its address.
- In a quiet counter, go to Library, tap Add, then Import a link. Turn on Multiple URLs and paste one address per line.
- Check each recipe and save. Mealime gives staples such as salt and oil their amounts inside the steps; we read the steps and put the amounts back on the ingredient list.
- For recipes you typed into Mealime yourself, which have no public page, copy the text and use Type or paste text.
